"Just got off of the phone with Tawnya. I purchased a new car over the weekend when their office was closed. She was following up to make sure she had all of the correct information and wanted to see if I needed to check anything else. I've been with state farm for almost 20 years and more specifically this branch for about 10 to 12 years. I've ad a couple of claims, and with no ifs, ands, or buts, things were taken care of in a very timely manner with the utmost professionalism. I'm a lifer....."

"I had an incident on June 7, 2025 where my van caught on fire while I was driving it. This was a very traumatic event to say the least. I contacted Tracy’s office the following Monday and was told to submit my claim. Claim was submitted and I was told that some items would not be covered. I spoke with Rebecca Gourdier in Tracy’s office today and she was a breathe of fresh air. She gave me great comfort in knowing that State Farm will be covering my items and that she is always available if I need any further assistance."

"I was shopping around my area & stumbled across Tracy & she has given me the best deal! She has always been there for me, even when i somehow ended up out in the florence branch with a different agent. After he low-key harassed me about life insurance.. "Tracy Davis’ agency has been great since switching to State Farm. I initially switched because I bought a new house in September 2023, and my old insurance decided to drop me from coverage because they didn’t like the condition of the house’s roof. Tracy Davis’ agency was a lifesaver in helping me secure coverage with a fair rate. Then when I purchased a new vehicle in March 2025, Tawnya with the agency was able to immediately assist in getting the policy updated for my new vehicle, and again provided a fair rate.
