"I’m switching insurance ASAP!!! I’ve had enough of Tonya’s rude tone with me. I haven’t did anything to her. I asked to speak with Tracy, and they haven’t let me speak to her yet. When my car first broke down, Tonya was rude to me. I’ve had enough of her rude tone. Anyone that lets a person like that answer the phone, and be rude to your costumers, basically don’t care, as long as they’re getting their money. So I refuse to keep dealing with Tonya! Now Stephanie is always nice and respectful."

"Every time I call they're very friendly always helping me get the best deal. I had to switch insurance companies a few times before I found this place and it's the best I've seen so far. "i recently ran into some issues with my policies and ended up needing to leave a voicemail over the weekend. first thing on monday morning, stephanie sent me a text saying she got the message and already had a plan to fix it! she told me exactly what was needed and was super responsive. she was even able to push a payment through asap so my new documents could get mailed out. she answered all my questions and was really kind throughout it all. not even two days later, i’m totally good to go! really great customer service from stephanie :))"
