"I had a very positive experience switching to State Farm with Michael through Tracy Davis I had inquired over 2 years ago after being referred by someone I met on the lake. I really wanted to work with them but I let the process slip with the busy-ness of life. I should have followed up sooner because I finally got set up yesterday and my monthly auto ins savings are about $100 less. Although my review is less about the savings, but more about how the process went down. I felt like Michael genuinely cared about ensuring I had the proper coverage and running through all the options and never felt like he was “up selling” me on something I didn’t need. Quite contrary to my experience with my prior agent/ins company where I would call my guy to add a car, boat etc to my policy and every time I called him it felt like I was bothering the dude and hung the phone up feeling I wasn’t properly covered. I was with them for 9 years so it was a big deal for me to make the switch."
